Changing Market conditions enabled DEB to begin supplying miter gates, valves and operating machinery for navigable locks for the U. S. Corps of Engineers. The two 25-ton cranes, which are located in our fabrication and assembly bay easily, facilitated this change. DEB was also able to contract with the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation to supply a variety of high-pressure valves used in water reservoir dams.
